01 How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery is 4–5 days from the date you place your order. We will email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

02 Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to activate and update your tracking.

03 My tracking has not updated yet. What should I do?

It can take up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first carrier update to appear. If more than 48 hours have passed and your tracking still shows no activity, contact us at support@verynov.com and we’ll help you check the status of your order.

04 What if my order is delayed?

Carrier, customs or weather delays can occasionally affect delivery. If your order has passed its estimated delivery window, email support@verynov.com with your order number and we’ll review the tracking information with you.

05 What is your return policy?
