At Verynov, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@verynov.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@verynov.com. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition

• Personal care items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once used

• Custom or personalized products

• Perishable goods

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item or size, please request a return for your original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@verynov.com.
